18 Weeks

Happy New Year! It is officially 2013 and you are the size of a sweet potato! You are almost 6 inches from head to bottom and we are getting so excited to meet you. Sleeping has been a little rough for mommy this week, since we can lay on our sides -- but the new body pillow from daddy has helped wonders!

Here we are on New Years Eve enjoying some sparkling grape cider and Mediterranean figs:

We have also officially planned our babymoon! We are headed to Cocoa Beach, Florida this month for a beach day and a space day. We may even catch a satellite launch from Cape Canaveral! The second trimester has been really smooth, and your mommy has a good energy level, so we are going to take advantage of it, and take a little babymoon. Technically, it will be your first vacation. We are also starting to think about decorating your room, and we both have decided we really like MONKEYS! We found an awesome monkey blanket that we are pretty sure you will love. Check us out:
